Stan se nalazi na jednoj od najatraktivnijih lokacija u Sarajevu – na Trgu Austrije, u samom centru grada. Iz stana se pruža prelijep pogled na Baščaršiju i Vijećnicu, a samo 5 minuta lagane šetnje dijeli vas od ulice Ferhadija i ostalih znamenitosti koje privlače brojne turiste.

U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se muzeji, galerije, historijski spomenici, restorani, kafići i suvenirnice, što ovu lokaciju čini savršenom za upoznavanje grada.
