Clean and perfectly acceptable room situated in the heart of the city. This is not a luxury hotel but an affordable and sensible choice for someone requiring a convenient base in Sarajevo. Staff were most helpful and organised a fixed price airport transfer which was better than using a taxi.

Clean room and helpful staff. The room was quite small, but I suppose that comes with the territory in old European city centres. That’s understandable, although visitors from North America may find the room size a little challenging.

Perfect location in the Old Town and in the tram line. My room had a view of Old Town restaurants below and beautiful mountains in the near distance. Very friendly and helpful staff, easy to reach by WhatsApp too. Always a quick response. My room had a fridge, room to keep my luggage open, a small (but good) shower, and a comfortable bed. A great place to stay!

I would stay here again. However, I would ask to not be on the 3rd floor because my room was in an attic. It was clean, but didn’t offer much head-room (I’m almost 6ft tall).
