"We would stay again! The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely balcony overlooking Mirror Lake and Main Street. Location is excellent and walking distance to shopping and dining. Another exciting amenity was complimentary watercrafts. However this amenity was available for a few weeks, so couldn’t use it yet. This was disappointing. The staff was friendly and Available when help was needed. Overall I recommend this resort."

"The room was large and clean. Shower was updated and had good water pressure. I slept very well. The view of Mirror Lake from the hotel was nice. My only negative point is that there is no coffee machine/service in the room. There is coffee on the main floor, but I'm the kind of person who like a cup of coffee first thing in the morning in room. Other than that, this was a pleasant hotel."

"We felt uncomfortable the minute we walked into Prescott House. The neighborhood coming up to the property is run down. The grounds are messy and the entrance is filthy. The basement with the kitchen has a bad smell to it. We found our room uninviting and the photos deceptive. We realized that I made a mistake booking Prescott House and decided to forfeit three prepaid nights just so we could get out of there. Later we requested a partial refund for two nights and they were unwilling to compromise. Not a good experience."

"We’ve stayed here many times and generally have a great stay. This stay, we opted to pay an additional $85 for a two hour late check out. From 11am- 1 pm, the front desk called to ask why we hadn’t left, we were interrupted by two different individuals on three occasions knocking on the door asking why we hadn’t left, then came back asking what time out late check out was. The room key wouldn’t work after noon. It was a huge disappointment when we wanted to enjoy a relaxing morning with no urgency."
