"Only one ice machine worked I was on the 6th floor had to go to the 2nd floor to get ice there are 2 elevators one was broken so it was a 15 minute wait to get on the elevator the room was nice the pool area was nice the cocktail server at the pool was slow had to wait 25 minutes to get my change ..."

"Been coming to this hotel for the past 6 urs. Sometimes more than once a yr. And this is my last time . Due to a security of the hotel who works at night called Will. According to Will, we couldn’t be outside of the hotel room past 10 pm. If so, we would have to go to the beach or local bar to talk. ..."
