Modern 3BR Home with Pool – Prime Sarasota Location!

Enjoy a fully updated home with brand-new furniture, a private heated pool, and everything you need to relax. Just 2 minutes (walking!) to Orioles Stadium, Driving: 20 minutes to Siesta Key, 15 minutes to Lido Key, and 30 minutes to Anna Maria Island.10 minutes to UTC, filled with shops, restaurants, and Mote Science Aquarium as well as other entertainment. 5 minutes to Downtown Sarasota, known for its culture, waterfront, and nightlife.


THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS | 3 Bedrooms | 3 Beds
Our home features two bedrooms and one master bedroom, each equipped with dressers, closets, and hangers for your convenience. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. You’ll also find extra pillows and blankets in every room to make your stay more comfortable.

NOTE: The home includes bedroom space for up to 6 guests (2 guests per room). However, an inflatable mattress is available for use in the living room, along with extra pillows, sheets, and blankets for additional guests or for anyone wanting a little extra comfort during your stay.

A pack ’n play is always provided at the property.


We have two bathrooms, one in the master bedroom, one in between the other two bedrooms and close to the living room space. They are each fully stocked with toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, and toilet paper. You’ll also find regular towels as well as beach and pool towels available on the premises.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals during your stay. You’ll find fresh bottled water in the refrigerator upon arrival (no food).

Pool:
The pool is heated. The “spa” is used as a small pool and is also heated; however, it does not have jacuzzi functionality.

Parking:
The garage can fit 2 cars.
An additional 2 cars can be parked outside on the driveway.

Please make sure not to block the sidewalk or neighbors’ driveways. Let me know if you need help with parking arrangements!


For your security, the home includes an alarm system and outdoor cameras. If you’d like to use the alarm system during your stay, please contact me and I’ll be happy to guide you through the setup. NO cameras inside the property or pool area.


No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day.

No Pets Policy
While we truly love animals, due to past experiences at the property, we have made the difficult decision to not allow any pets on the premises. This policy applies to all animals, including dogs, cats, and any other pets.

The property is equipped with exterior security cameras at the garage and a Ring camera at the front porch. If a pet is observed on the property, a $100 per day fee per pet will be applied for the duration of the stay.

On Wednesdays the trash bins need to be placed outside for county pickup, and they should be brought back inside on Thursday. You do not need to take care of this because we are happy to handle it for you, and we will not disturb your stay. We can access the bins through the side gate, place them outside on Wednesday, and return on Thursday to bring them back in.

If you would prefer to handle this yourself instead, please put the bins out on Wednesday afternoon and bring them back inside on Thursday morning.
At the check in in, please let us know whether you would like us to take care of it or if you plan to do it yourself.
