This property exceeded our expectations! It was clean and has a kitchen that anyone would love. The proximity to the beach is amazing and sunsets are gorgeous. The heated pool was refreshing and a wonderful addition to our stay. We loved this property so much we have already booked our stay for next year. Awesome private pool!

The perfect home!

Can’t say enough good things about the property. Location was perfect less than a block to the beach. Backyard is so private and peaceful perfect for morning coffee and afternoons swimming in the pool. The home was very clean. Kitchen was a dream to cook in. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided so no need to purchase or bring along which was a bonus for us.

And Our visit to Anna Maria was perfect! The host could not have been nicer to work with. The house was perfect for a couple that wanted to get away and relax. The pool was great, comfortable and clean. We look forward to returning to Anna Maria and staying at Mark and Romona’s beach house!

Diamond Surf was an awesome spot! The owners were great to work with….the house was much bigger than we anticipated and perfect for our family. The pool was great to come back to after a long (short walk) day at the beach! We highly recommend staying at Diamond Surf!

Home away from home

We immediately felt at home. This house was perfect for my husband and I. The house had everything we needed and was really clean. The pool area is wonderful for a day of relaxation and the quiet beach is just a short walk. We would easily rent this house again.

Wonderful quiet stay on AMI!

We had a fantastic experience at this location. The property was impeccably clean and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed for a great week on the Island. It was just a short walk to the beach, making it super convenient. I also appreciated the nearby Trolley stop, which made exploring the island easy. The communication with the owners was excellent, adding to our overall enjoyment. I can't wait to come back to this property again! Highly recommend!

Great first trip to AMI

We decided to visit AMI for 6 nights after doing a similar trip to Cape Coral last year. Totally different experience. The location here is perfect and there is so much to do. We spent time at the beach which is a very reasonable walk, and in all the local towns. Most every afternoon we could be found in the pool, which was the perfect size and a great temp. The house was clean and well equipped (bring your own toiletries though). We loved the giant scrabble board and played every day. The hosts were communicative and easy to work with. We will be back to AMI and would certainly consider staying here again.

Overall, had a great stay in AMI and Diamond surf. House was well supplied and I liked how everything was labeled. Clothes to beach even for family with small children and enjoyed pool. Also, enjoyed having working gas grill for cookout!

The house is one of our favorites. It’s clean with plenty of space. Everything for home or the beach is provided. Just bring your swimsuit. The pool area is perfect. The hosts provide great communication.

Beautiful Property

We loved out stay at the Diamond Surf. The property was well maintained and had everything we needed . Loved the interior or the rental as well it was very clean and welcoming. The house is a short walk to the beach crossing Golf Ave can be a challenge at time but it never stopped us . The island is beautiful and we were lucky to have lucked out with this property. Thank you again to the hosts who were accommodating and always so quick to respond!! We hope to return !!

We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Surf. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped and sizable which made it easy to prepare meals. The dining and living room was vey comfortable. The pool and backyard were great, which we we used daily except when it rained. The beach was an easy walk and very accessible. Overall it was a great week with the exception of of a couple rainy days.

A Great Week on the Island!

The Diamond Surf property was absolutely perfect for a week of vacation on AMI for my wife and I. The property was just as described and showcased in the listing and the location is perfect for getting to Pine St, the beaches, the trolley, and many other places! Having all the beach essentials like chairs, umbrella, towels, wagon and more was a great addition that made getting to and from the beach easy. Mark and Ramona were extremely easy to communicate with. Our stay was a few days after Idalia went through and they were proactively sending emails before and after it keeping us updated on whether or not the property and Island received any major damage (which thankfully they didn't) which eased our minds significantly prior to travelling down there. Would stay at again in the future!

Perfect place to stay!

A lovely mid century beach house that is very roomy and has everything you need and easy to find. Kitchen drawers are labeled for ease of item location. The owners were very responsive to our issues which was me not being too savvy in operating the tv remote; very patiently walked me through it. Also we ran out of gas for grill and couldn’t get the old tank off. We went to watch the sunset and when we returned the new tank was on! Great location to shops, restaurants and the beach. My favorite part was the pool. It’s perfect and the water temperature was great. It felt especially warm around noon when the air temperature was cooler than the water. We really enjoyed everything and absolutely want to return and want to stay here if at all possible. Thank you for making our vacation absolutely perfect!

Everything was exactly as we expected! Great location, very short walk to the beach. All the beach supplies you would need. Pool was amazing! House was so nice, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We couldn’t have been happier! We had groceries delivered from Walmart, but we also enjoyed eating local! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!
