The home is located in the sought after Alta Vista neighborhood within the City Limits of Sarasota, less than 1.5 miles to downtown shops, live music and restaurants, 15 min drive to Siesta Key Beach or 10 min Uber to Lido Keys St. Armands Circle. The King Bedroom is the largest bedroom and has space to accommodate crib or playpen. Queen bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with full shower. Enjoy, lightening Fast WiFi while using the desk/office chair located on the lanai.
