Updated and clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, office, large kitchen, open concept, view out back, no carpet, LVP flooring, comfortably furnished with your enjoyment in mind. Fully furnished kitchen, bathrooms, linens and nicely decorated and furnished for your comfort. Indian Beach is 5.1 miles, Lido Key Beach is 8.6 miles, Sarasota Beach 10.5 miles, Sunset Beach 10.4 miles, Conquina Beach 12.7 miles, Cortez Beach 13.3 miles, and last but not least Siesta Beach 10.6 miles. 31' deep garage, lovely grounds, great pool and hot tub! Want to golf, located on hole 18 you can join the country club at Palm Aire for their fees. This is a small community and very friendly. You will not be a stranger at the pool if you just say hello! 30 Day rental minimum per HOA. Close to UTC!

Had an issue was HVAC new system put in. Renee was great got everything taken care of she was hands on. The place was wonderful & so was the rest of property.
