Toilet seat loose. Needs proper coffee maker and filters for this level of rental. Tighten holding nut for kitchen faucet. Pay some attention to ground cover. Some T knobs on drawers around the place need tightening. Otherwise nicely decorated and supplied, good bed, A/C would be better at 74 during hotter days. Nice quiet area to lay back and hide out. Pharmacy and groceries an easy walk.
