    Welcome to this updated pool home with private fenced-in pool area near Pinecraft & downtown Sarasota. Walk or bike the Legacy Trail downtown or through Sarasota to Venice. Electronic bikes available nearby for a fee. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, tile, all new bedding, high speed wifi and TVs in each room. Enjoy nearby parks, amazing restaurants, art, museums, and family-friendly attractions. This beachy Sarasota retreat will make your Florida stay unforgettable! #VR24-00272

    The space
    Updated home with library and lots of natural light. 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and large TVs while the third bedroom has bunk beds~full & twin to sleep 3 kiddos!

    Keyless entry. The entire house is yours to enjoy! I also have bikes to enjoy on the Legacy Trail that can take you to Pinecraft, tennis, pickleball and downtown Sarasota!

    Other things to note
    I offer free use of bikes, a great way to get around. Also, electric scooters are usually parked and available at the bike path.
