  • Charming 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo in The Meadows, Sarasota, offering a peaceful setting with a private patio overlooking the pool. Ideally located just minutes from UTC Mall, I-75, dining, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy the tranquility of this well-maintained community while remaining close to everything Sarasota has to offer. Perfect for seasonal rental.HOA application is required and can take up to one week. Fee is $50 per person or $65 per married couple
    Please note that the washer and dryer are right next to the unit in another building and can be paid by card at per wash so 2 wash and dry $8
    Sorry no pets allowed per HOA rules
    No pick up truck, commercial vehicle or motorcycle are allowed to park overnight.

    The community is located 10 minutes to downtown Sarasota, 15 minutes to Lido Beach. There are plenty of nature walking trails just across the street.
