Quiet & clean in-law suite w/ private entrance devoted to dog lovers, beach goers, or anyone looking for easy landing spot that’s close to everything but in a residential spot to feel like a local. Guests can have the best of both worlds because this space is close to the beach but you’re not trapped dealing with beach traffic, over touristy restaurants, and far away from necessities. Also, guests can ship/have groceries delivered a day prior to their arrival and I’ll place in the room.

An in-law suite attached to a house in the coveted Arlington Park neighborhood. Minutes to Southside Village, Lido & Siesta Key (#2 beach in U.S.), Trader Joe’s, Downtown restaurants and the hospital.
