Luxury home near Anna Maria Island on canal, private heated pool!

Happy Ours is a gorgeous canal front home with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a private heated pool and a 30 feet boat dock. It's just 2.5 miles away from the world famous white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island. This luxury property sleeps a total of 8 people. You will love the open concept with living, dining and kitchen that is fully stocked and even has an induction stovetop and a convection oven. The master suite comes with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom another queen and a bunk bed. The living room has a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Living room and all bedrooms come with Smart Flat Screen TV's. On the large deck, you will enjoy the heated saltwater pool, the jacuzzi hot tub, a fire pit and sun loungers. Other amenities include a private garage, washer and dryer, free high speed internet, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The house is fully stocked and equipped with all you need. Just bring your personal belongings and your boat. There is enough dock space to accommodate a boat up to 30 feet. For guests staying two weeks or longer you may use the 20,000 lb boat lift, this would require a $100 fee and a signed form.

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

Fishing off the back dock was awesome! Very clean house, spacious kitchen and eating area, clean well kept pool and back patio. Rental management company had great communication, customer service, and friendly!

The house is in clean and excellent condition and is beautifully furnished including all the kitchenware one would need to cook, bake and serve an eloquent meal for family and friends. The pool and the dock are in great shape. We chose this home primarily for the dock so that we can bring our boat. I only have two suggestions- to retire the grill. It does not put out enough flame to cook and provide cotton sheets for the guest beds. During our first stay we went out and purchased breathable sheets. Ending on a positive note- we really enjoy this home and will continue to come back if available.

The pool, hot tub and boat lift are perfect. We bring our boat every year and it is so convenient. Love Cortez Village, especially the Clam Factory! Very convenient to shopping, beaches, sight seeing and great restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Cannot think of one negative thing.
