Built in 1925, Our Casita Verde 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath home still retains its vintage charm but with modern touches. Conveniently located near Downtown Sarasota on Bahia Vista with easy drive to Lido Key, our World Famous Siesta Key or I-75 for longer adventures.

The Kitchen is open with Granite Counters and everything is included to make your stay comfortable. Even a Krups Coffee Maker for your morning Cup O’ Joe.

Enjoy watching the 55 inch flat screen TV with HD cable and stay in touch with the world with WI-FI internet. Lounge by the private pool or take in the beautiful evenings on the deck with your favorite beverage. Pet Friendly! Up to 2 medium sized dogs. Great Stay

Had a great stay. Very comfortable, quaint & clean house with all the amenities that could possibly be needed. Great location to the beaches, downtown area, shops and restaurants. Will book again when we are back in the area.

Cozy and Convenient

Had a great stay at this house! A small footprint with everything you need; a pool, shaded sitting area, and cozy accommodations. Equally convenient to St Armands and Siesta Beach. Host was responsive and provided everything we needed. Would definitely return.

Absolutely darling house

The patio was delightful and the house so cute and well-equipped. Wasn't always easy to back out onto Bahia Vista, but there is a turnaround in the driveway for smaller cars. Convenient location!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The décor of the house is very welcoming and comforting. We especially enjoyed having a pool on the property. The property manager is very good at promptly communicating to answer any questions we had before and during our stay.

Great location! Great house!

What a fun place to stay! So many extras supplied from spices, coffee, to beach towels. The pool was great after a day at the beautiful beach and the beds were soft and comfy. The house sits on a fairly busy road but you’d never know from how the backyard is organized so privately. Will absolutely go again!

Beautiful property exactly as pictured!

We Have stayed in a lot of different houses and this one was definitely in the top five. Being close to downtown Sarasota and the beaches yet at the same time, having your own private area fenced in with the pool was just perfect! Extremely clean and well taken care of. It was like being at home.

Great Stay on Behia Vista Sarasota

Home was extremely well appointed and super clean. Very close to downtown Sarasota and all it has to offer. Property manager was on top of things and the owner called to see how we fared from the hurricane that passed by. I whole heartedly recommend thus property.

Feels like home

We loved everything about our accomodations. We arrived and hurricane Helene. It actually quite quiet considering the storm and that it is located on a busy street. The way they have everything fenced around the property you feel completely secluded. We will return again. The owner stop by to check on the property and see how we were doing. Very friendly!

Private & Relaxing

We would recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time relaxing by the pool. The home was very comfortable and came with everything we needed for preparing meals, in the kitchen or on the grill. If you are not in the mood to cook, it is conveniently located to all the dinning options Sarasota has to offer. The hosts have made the house look/feel like a beachfront cottage. We were only there for five days but look forward to returning for longer stays. Our fur baby travels with us and he enjoyed it as much as we did. Thanks for opening your house to us. Vacation paradise

This house is very cute and homey the pool is amazing this is one of the cleanest house we have ever rented. Just me and my husband stayed there it’s very relaxing and that was what we were looking for.. house is in good location you are a 5–10 drive in either direction for stores and ect. If you stay here about half mile down the road is a ice cream place it’s called pine craft very nice place and delicious ice cr they have all kinds of flavors.. my husband did get to meet the owner very nice and got back to you right away .. would definitely stay here again we are already thinking of next year..

Great vacation home for Sarasota travel

We traveled in Nov 2024 with our older son and our dog for the first time. This property was perfect. We came down for the Ringling Museum, the beach, Big Top Brewing and a trip, under an hour to Peace River Airboats. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was perfect for warm days and the rooms were great for sleeping. It is on a main street, we weren't bothered by noise but normally aren't. The driveway as mentioned can be tricky, but I normally just put my flashers on and then backed in. This house is very comfortable, and we had room to spread out. The hosts are great, and we would definitely stay here if we had a chance to be in this area. And last, our dog Scooter loved the adventure, and we took walks on sidewalks in the area.

Clean little cottage with great owners

The owners of this spotlessly clean cottage were very responsive to texts and calls. The kitchen is stocked with any and everything that you need to feel right at home. This cottage is on a busy road as others have mentioned. It’s close to various beaches (10-20 minutes) and lots of restaurants. We had bad weather so spent a few days inside chilling. My only concern was the couch is uncomfortable needs replaced. They replaced the recliner while we were there because it was broken upon our arrival. The pool was nice and warm since it was chilly outside, I really enjoyed that. Wish list for us would be tv in the bedroom because we are use to it lol.

A very well stocked property, the bed was the comfiest one we have ever slept in and we have been coming to Florida for 40 yrs. The sofa was a little uncomfortable and very lumpy.
