Great Lido Key Condo

I can’t say enough how good the location for this condo is. It’s an easy walk to the beach, kayaking the mangroves and the restaurants in Lido Key. It was small but had everything we needed, was so clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Convenient place near beach and restaurants

We enjoyed our weekend at the beach. Loved that there were beach chairs/umbrella and beach towels provided. Also enjoyed being in walking distance to everything we needed.

Perfect getaway

Nice clean home an had everything we needed for perfects days at the beach. Walking distance to lido key beach an surrounded by very nice homes. Highly recommend.

Nice Stay and Convenient Location

The place was nice and as described. The walk to the beach and pool took 5 minutes which was convenient. We did drive to St. Armand Circle since that was a little further of a walk (10-15 min). Overall a good place to stay and the owners were nice and welcomed us the first day to make sure everything was alright.

The apartment that Gino provided was everthing that we had hoped for: spotlessly clean, with two large bedrooms and a nice size living area, and very near the beach and Armand Circle. Gino was a wonderful host. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect for us. Clean, well appointed and supplied with beach equipment and kitchen . Clean, comfortable bedrooms and bathroom. One block from Lido Beach. We will be back next year.

Birthday Getaway

This was a last minute trip and it was wonderful! The property was clean, comfortable and so very close to all of the fun! It is a quick walk to the beach (a block) and the Grill has great (and healthy) food. St Armands Circle is an easy walk with yummy choices and great shopping. Drift is also nearby in the Lido Key Resort and with their 8th floor view, it's a must for sunset. As a life-long Florida resident, I really enjoyed the vibe of this area because it has the feel of "real" Florida.

Spring break

It was as nice as co-worker said. Easy walk to beach, one block. Armond Circle just down road. Kayaking was excellent. Owner responded quickly when asked question. Though a smart tv with streaming would have been nice.

Absolute best stay we’ve ever experienced!!!!

This little gem is perfect for a family or someone wanting to spend a lot of time at the beach!! walking distance to one of the prettiest beaches ive seen. The Apt was supplied with everything you can think of for beach. They even had sand toys and a wagon( VERY useful with a 1 and 6 year old and hot sand. We had beach towls, umbrellas, chairs etc. Gino and his on site manager ( Janice i think) was an absolute pleasure and so very kind!! If you dont care for all the business of all the people and want a perfect quaint place to stay, Lido Sand Apartments are perfect in all aspects!!

Surprised the reviews are great

This place is a great location, very close to the beach. When I read the listing I was expecting pool access like a communal pool in the condos area. Its not, its down the street public pool near the beach. Same with washer and dryer, was not expecting that those were not in the unit. The unit was clean but certainly could use some updates. Generally I would say it was mediocre and we left a day early. Also, there was a wagon, beach towels, beach chairs in the room. There were no beach toys as mentioned everywhere unless the pile of broken and discarded beach toys outside of the unit in the common area counts.

Great location!

The location of this property could not have been better! It was an easy walk to both the beach and to St. Armand's Circle. The owner, Gino, was very easy to work with. All of the little extras that you sometimes need to bring when you stay in a rental were provided - handsoap, kitchen soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. There were even extras - hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes! There were plenty of extra towels, etc available. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware as well as the basics such as oil sugar, salt, and coffee filters. Gino even provided one pot's worth of coffee as well as some tea and cocoa. The bed was more firm than we are used to. The first night was a little difficult, but after that we found it to be very comfortable and woke up well-rested. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we definitely recommend!
