Great location on AMI

The Turtle suite was the ideal spot for our brief visit to AMI. Weā€™ve stayed many places on the island over the years and this is one of the best. Completely redone interior, comfortable and clean. Short walk to the beach. Kayaks available off the backyard dock. A fun place. Weā€™ll be back.

Anna Marie Island vacation

There was an issue with getting the code prior to arrival so we went food shopping while we waited for the entry code. The house was small but very good for 2 people (think tiny home). The host had everything you would need available.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The unit and location are outstanding. The central location on Anna Maria Island is close to everything. We loved our stay and will do it again in the future.

Perfect Winter Get Away

This unit is stocked with everything you need and is nicely decorated. It's just a block away from the beach and you can walk or bike to restaurants and shopping. The pool is also a very nice addition, if you don't feel like going to the beach. It was a perfect winter getaway!

Great place

The cottage was clean, perfect location, and all the amenities. So close to the beach, and our own little patio and beach set was amazing! Wish we were able to use it more since it rained our whole stay, but thankfully the cottage was comfortable and homey to hang out in, make dinner, and still get some hot tub time in between rain showers. Thank you, AMI Beach Lagoon!

Lovely Getaway

We decided to play a last minute trip with my sister and daughter and we were lucky this was available. It had everything we needed. Having our morning coffee/tea by the canal was great, the quick walk to the beach was perfect and we even took the kayaks out and used the hot tub each night. It is a quick walk to the town stores and restaurants too. This was our first time to Anna Maria island and we were definitely glad to be on this part of the island for our short stay!

What a perfect 3 night stay. Off street parking, quiet, safe, and easy accessibility. The property was really well cared for, and had perfect amenities. The room/kitchen/bathroom were really clean and perfectly stocked with towels, soap, detergent, etc. AC, ceiling fans, made it comfortable when it was warm out. Literally a couple minutes walk to the beach, and the unit had a hand cart with the perfect beach essentials. Wife and I hope to come back to AMI, and really hope to stay here again.

Too small for the price

Our stay on Anna Maria Island was overall pleasant, yet some important aspects warrant attention. The grounds were lovely, and Lindsey, the housekeeper, was notably helpful. However, communication with the property manager was lackingā€”I attempted to reach them via email and phone but received no response. It's crucial to thoroughly review the listing description. Despite our initial satisfaction with the price, believing it fair for a prime location, we later discovered that it didn't encompass access to the private grounds. This revelation was disappointing, especially considering the modest size of our 900 sq ft accommodation. The disparity between the cost and space felt excessive and left us feeling somewhat misled. Thankfully, the other families sharing the space were amiable, but this arrangement could potentially sour someone's vacation if the other guests were less considerate. Despite this hiccup, we still managed to enjoy our time on Anna Maria Island and will be returning in the future, though with a more cautious approach.
