The place was super clean and accomodated two couples with the two bedrooms and two baths. Nice showers and appliances and a lanai right on a pond with fountains. Great location by IMG, PUBLIX and a short drive to the beach.

We really enjoyed our two weeks in this beautiful condo! Everything we needed was included. The Shorewalk complex is quiet and comfortable. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.

Perfect condo for sun and fun in Bradenton

Ervins wonderful condo scores big with a tastefully interior and is thoughtfully equipped so theres nothing left to be desired, while being located in a perfect spot to enjoy all of Bradenton close by great offerings, restaurants, beaches, nightlife and shopping. And cherry on top - Ervin's an awesome host, always caring, being responsive and helpful with so many things! Its 6 out of 5 stars!Thanks for having us ! Great place and as clean as it can get (a little sand trailing in the condo but that’s totally understandable). Loved the look of the place. Wished I actually lived there. The owner was kind and communicated well with us. Definitely recommend this place!

Very clean, great stay!

It was a quick trip for us, but the accommodations were great, close to a lot of things. My only thing to have made it better would have been more pillows for the beds, there was only one small flat pillow per person and queen size at that for the king bed, but the condo was clean and neat and just like the pictures. Communication was great and would definitely go back, just would bring some extra pillows!

Down the street from IMG

We stayed here as opposed to a hotel, while my son attended a camp at IMG. It was such a better option to a hotel with a kitchen, two bedrooms/ bathroom and laundry. Property even had a pool and hot tub to relax in after a day playing on the field. Also it was close to the beach, restaurants and a Publix grocery store.

WONDERFUL STAY

CHECK IN WAS SUPER EASY. THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND EXACTLY HOW IT LOOKED IN THE PICTURES. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. IF YOU NEED BEACH TOWELS OR BEACH CHAIRS YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN. I WOULD DEFINATELY COME BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Perfect and awesome condo close to beaches, restaurants etc

Once again Ervins condo proofed to be the real deal. Tastefully designed and thoughtfully equipped it leaves nothing to be desired. The location is awesome and close to all beaches, restaurants and amenities you could would need. Last but not least Ervins is an awesome guy and his hospitality is the icing on the cake. We had a wonderful time at the condo in Bradenton. The condo has al good shower, bed, livingroom, kitchen. There could be a better tap in the kitchen and some more plates, utensils. The rest was fantastic!

Perfect place to play in paradise

Upon walking in the place was spotless and smelled clean!! It was close to Anna Maria Island, about a 10-15 minute drive. The pool was heated and so nice for our cooler days. Everything hou could need is such a short trip, and even beyter a walk to publix. The bed was super comfortable and my son, 7, loved the lanai. I will definitely plan to stay here again. Also, they are quick to get in contact with any questions, very promt and professional!!! Great place that was accomedating and affordable!!

Super Condo

This was our second stay in this condo and we are looking forward to our next stay. Everything about our rental was a 5 star plus. The condo is conveniently located to stores and shops and less than 15 minutes to the beach. The condo itself is like new with excellent furnishings, very comfortable bed, a great Kitchen and a wonderful master bedroom and bathroom. I highly recommend this property and you will have a wonderful experience with the owner who is always prompt in his communications.
