This beauty is located on a gorgeous section of Philippi Creek with a shore filled with magnificent stands of mangrove, manatees, herons, pelicans. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on a private deck with spectacular views to the creek. There are kayaks on the property for your enjoyment.

You will love the quiet, private street and the enveloping green of the mature landscaping around the home and visible across the sparkling water!

A fine foyer opens into an amazingly large great room with tremendous vaulted ceilings and loads of light, plus a direct view of the creek from every room in the house. Both bedrooms and the den are spacious, with the master featuring a walk-in closet and on suite bathroom.
