Relax and take it easy at this beautiful old Florida home. Step outside to your own PRIVATE OASIS complete with towering palm trees, heated pool, turf lawn and ping pong table! Located on a quiet cul de sac and a driveway that fits 4 cars. Featuring an open layout that looks out to the pool, 6 beds and paddle boards with straps!Walking distance to 50 plus shops and restaurants in Gulf Gate. Grocery is 7 minute walk. We absolutely love the privacy backyard & relaxing with the towering palms. Great vibes. Very quiet & safe neighborhood. Less than 2 mi to Siesta Key Beach and 5 mi to downtown Sarasota. About an hour from PGD, PIE and TPA.

We enjoyed the heated pool and backyard space. Also enjoyed walking to some delicious local restaurants nearby. Easy drive to Siesta Key and other local attractions.

Great house for our stay!Loved the bedroom set up. Loved the yard with the pool, ping pong table and privacy. Very nice location by stores, shops and coffee! Close to the stunning Siesta Keys Beach and freeways for easy day trips. Nicholas, the host was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend and stay again for sure!
