We chose this home due to the bedroom, layout with multiple sleeping arrangements the game room, and the pool. The home was nicely maintained and clean. The listing was accurate. The three star rating was due to the pool condition. The pool was dirty with sand, debris algae. Water was green. Early the following morning, I messaged the management company to let them know of the situation. They responded promptly, told me they would reach out to the pool vendor. We returned to the home later that evening, the pool had not been serviced. I again messaged the management company who told me that they had reached out to the vendor and would follow up with them again. The following morning, pool vendor came. We were outside for the visit, he did not vacuum the pool. He took a brush and scrubbed the steps/sides of pool. He did not get any debris out of the pool. I Again contacted management who told me that the pool vendor shocked the pool and it would take 24 to 48 hours for the pool to clear. They also said there had been an algae bloom and that was reason for pool condition. It was obvious this pool had not been managed. We booked this home in January 2025. We were unable to use the pool during our 4 night/3 day stay. We’ve stayed in may VRBO listings over the years and have never encounter a problem u til now. Also of note: the home had 1 roll of toilet paper for each of the two bathrooms and 1 roll of paper towels-For a home that sleeps
