Glen Oaks is a 55 and older community that is close to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. It is a 25 minute drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world including Siesta Key, Lido Key and Longboat Key. Downtown Sarasota, St. Armand’s Square and the UTC Mall are also a short driving distance. There are nearby walking and biking trails. This quiet condo is close to Bobby Jones Golf Course which is currently under renovation.

Glen Oaks features a heated community pool. This modest 964 square foot condo is located on the first floor and is tiled throughout. There is a small kitchen/kitchenette with older appliances, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a combined dining and living room, and a small screened lanai that opens to green space.

The rental unit is conveniently located to the building laundry room and there is one assigned carport parking space.

This rental is perfect for retirees looking to escape winter and snow. The unit has a television, cable and internet.

This is a three month seasonal rental running from January 1 - March 31.
