Close to Siesta & Lido beach, Downtown, Nathan Benderson Park, Pinecraft, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, UTC Mall, restaurants, shops, performing art theater, museum, golf, tennis, public pool, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, airport & public transportation.
Clean and fully equipped turn-key unit. Every bed mattress and pillow are in a zippered protective waterproof Premium Quality Hypoallergenic Encasements. The sheets and towels are hotel quality. Both bedrooms have dressers, nightstands with lamps and plenty of closet space for your personal belongings.
Private fenced yard with tropical landscaping, landscape lighting, outdoor dining and BBQ grill.
