Nestled in the heart of Sarasota, this charming two-story condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It features two cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, ensuring a relaxing stay for all guests. The spacious living room comes with a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping options. A fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining area make it easy to enjoy meals at home. Guests will appreciate the modern amenities, including in-home WiFi, an in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, and heating. The condo complex also offers access to a basketball court, tennis court, and a refreshing swimming pool. Located just minutes away from beautiful beaches, vibrant downtown nightlife, and a variety of shops and stores, this condo is ideally situated for both relaxation and adventure."
Early Check-In unless discussed prior to cheek in is not permitted. The same goes for late check out. The Cleaning Company has multiple units to clean in a given day. if we can arrange this there is a $50 fee
