  • Beautiful 1,400 sq Ft, 1 bedroom ground floor apartment opens onto view of and access to 100ft dock, Tiki bar and sandy beach with sleeper sofa in living room, combination dining and kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, gas stove, dishwasher. Apartment is fully furnished with 60inch smart TV's in LR and 48 inch in bedroom. Full bath with walk in shower. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Barbecue grill. Plenty of storage. Parking 10 steps from entrance. Dog friendly, no size or number limit. You have found the perfect relaxing place for you and your furry friends. They are allowed anywhere on the property and the island including the beach, dock & Tiki. Fishing is very good from the dock, sunsets are gorgeous, Manatee's and Dolphins are sighted daily, salt water. Emerson point park is 1 mile away on the island with wonderful walking trails and sandy beach & picnic tables. We also have an adorable 2 bedroom cottage rental on the same grounds VRBO #182727.
