Sunshine Retreat with heated Saltwater pool. Minutes to gulf beaches and IMG

  • A beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bath home situated in an extremely quiet neighborhood in NW Bradenton. No parties/events. All music and conversations must be kept very low. This ideal location is minutes away from IMG and the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island. The world famous Siesta key beach is just a short, beautiful gulf drive away. Less than one mile from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Close to Pirate city and spring training baseball at Lecom park (formerly McKechnie field) which is only five miles away. If you enjoy hiking and observing nature then this is the place for you. Just 2 miles from Robinson Preserve where you can hike miles of trails or Kayak through the mangroves.

    This newly furnished house comes complete with WIFI and cable TV. There is a 65" 4K TV in the family room and a 4K TV in each bedroom. There is a King bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in two of the bedrooms and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: Pots and pans, utensils, new stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and more. Enjoy the warm Florida sunshine by the pool in the full privacy fenced in back yard. The saltwater pool is newly installed and heated. All beach gear (towels, beach umbrella, coolers, beach chairs) is also included for hours of fun on Florida's beautiful tropical beaches! This home has everything you need so just bring your suitcase and swim suit! If you ever find there is something you need, please let us know. Check-in is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am but we are as flexible as possible.

Enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine retreat

Our family really enjoyed space to spread out in the house and a fully stocked kitchen. It was nice to use the beach chairs provided and cooler at the beach. All the trees in the back yard and pool created a very scenic and relaxing space.

Such a spacious, comfortable, family, home or wonderful for groups. The split floor plan with a main bedroom and bath on one side of the home and three additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side of the home with a spacious living room, dining room, and family/Florida room right by the pool gave all of us individual areas to gather. Every imaginable kitchen gadget offered us great opportunity to cook family meals with ease. The two car garage had every extra you could need for the beach and coolers and chairs, and even room to park your car if you want. The washer and dryer had a great utility sink with it and all the products necessary. The kitchen was even full of cooking spices! The large fenced in backyard had a table to gather chairs to rest in, and the pool was sparkling clean. The host checked in with us regularly and was so ready to help us with anything extra, you are in wonderful hands with them! Lastly, this home is in such a wonderful neighborhood, super safe less than a mile from every type of grocery/shopping/dining experience you could want and still less than 10 minutes from the ocean. Wonderful host and wonderful experience!

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our second time staying at this property and it definitely will not be our last. I cannot say enough good things about the property or the hosts. Chris was excellent at communicating with us before and during our stay. The house itself is very clean and well stocked. Our family loved swimming in the beautiful pool. We also loved the location - close to stores and restaurants. It also was just a short drive when we wanted to go to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect House for a Lax Tournament

We came for a lacrosse tournament in Bradenton and this was perfect! We had instacart delivered when we arrived and cooked the first night. Close to Anna Maria Island for dinners out. It had chairs for the tournament and for the beach! Quiet neighborhood so our girls were able to go to sleep early. We had a great stay!

Awesome Stay in All Ways

Our stay in Bradenton was a truly great experience. Chris was over the top quick to welcome us and answer any questions. The house was very clean and up to date. Bradenton getaway

First time in Bradenton. We’re coming back. Have rented numerous times with VRBO and this rental was easily the best. As advertised. Chris was the consummate host and provided immediate attention to any of our concerns (there were very few). First home that we have chosen to return to. Hopefully for numerous additional times. Wonderful stay. In particular we loved the private, south facing heated saltwater pool. Perfect winter getaway.

Everything was good, pool was heated. plenty of room for everyone. The lanai was a great additional space to hang out. TV's in all the rooms was a benefit for everyone. Had a small issue with heat but Chris was there in minutes to address it. Had a big dinning table to celebrate the holiday together. And the green and red party lights was a big hit and the small christmas tree was a nice touch.

Great getaway at Sunshine Retreat!

We returned to stay at this property for my husband’s birthday. The home is in a very quiet residential area and close to everything. It’s very clean and thoughtfully appointed with all of the amenities Chris is an excellent host. We highly recommend this property!

Everything was great!!Very good location close to Publix, Danny’s pizza, Walmart only a few miles away.They allowed pets so I was able to bring our small dog instead of boarding him. Back yard was fenced so we weren’t worried about dog or kids.Hoping to go back in a few months.The owner also texted us to make sure we were all set.
