Great place for family vacation

Our family enjoyed our short stay there over spring break. Great location and perfect for little ones. Neighbors had a little loud music but couldn’t complain besides that. Would stay there again.

The amenities are good, the pool and hot tub are good too. You have a small walk to the beach.

The stay was wonderful. Check in was a little difficult, as we could not find anyone to check us in & the phone number provided continued to go to a "full" voicemail. Our room was clean, and comfortable. My only complaint was there was not any hairdryers provided, which was advertised, and I did not bring my own.

Clean condo and great location

This is our second visit and the same condo. Super clean and exactly what we needed for our family. Great location and easy check in check out process. Friendly staff. Only down is one parking spot per condo so we are a family of 7(that’s including an infant) so we went in two cars but only could park one here. Luckily we had family near by at another condo which allowed us to park one there. But other than parking this condo and company is great! I would recommend 10/10

Exactly as advertised

Property was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and everything we needed was provided. There was plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 infants. I wish there had been portable crib options available at the property’s main office as we had to rent from an outside company, but that’s not a deal breaker, just something to plan for! I removed one star because there were a few dirty items left out on the shared porch for our first couple of days there (dirty cup with something growing in it, dirty ash tray, and used towels), however they were cleaned up once we mentioned it to the front desk staff.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is extremely close to the beach but not much else. The free trolley can easily get you into the village though. Our unit was decorated with very nice decor but the walls were very dirty. Like dirty marks everywhere. The property grounds and landscaping is very well kept which makes the interior condition odd. The other guests were our main issue. Loud guests yelling and screaming until after midnight when they finally settled down. Then there was a gentleman who had a balcony overlooking the pool. He played extremely loud music from his balcony the entire time we were there. He also gave weird rambling speeches from his balcony. He single-handedly ruined quite a few guests weekend.

Family get together

A nice property with room to relax and enjoy the company of family. We got there and it was clean and ready to go. The property manager was very friendly and eager to assist with what ever needs we may have had. Close to the beach which is why we came.
