Family get together

A nice property with room to relax and enjoy the company of family. We got there and it was clean and ready to go. The property manager was very friendly and eager to assist with what ever needs we may have had. Close to the beach which is why we came.

Great place for family vacation

Our family enjoyed our short stay there over spring break. Great location and perfect for little ones. Neighbors had a little loud music but couldn’t complain besides that. Would stay there again.

The limited public beach area was a little disappointing, but found some and the private beach properties were not too aggressive. There is no cable. There were smart TVs (2 of 3). Bring your Roko sticks, Hulu codes, Netflix.......You cannot access local channels. Missed the NBA Championship and bombing of Iran

The stay was wonderful. Check in was a little difficult, as we could not find anyone to check us in & the phone number provided continued to go to a "full" voicemail. Our room was clean, and comfortable. My only complaint was there was not any hairdryers provided, which was advertised, and I did not bring my own.

Girls trip

Overall we really enjoyed the stay. It’s a super cute place and had everything we needed. Our lock was a little finicky. There were some dirty pans and utensils that had been put away with grease on them. And the one shower had not been cleaned. These weren’t deal breakers - it could very well be the previous renters didn’t clean up after themselves. The beach was a short walk away. There are some great restaurants close by as well. It was a cute place and a super fun trip!

Reviewer Comments: There's opportunity for improvement in property's overall cleaning and maintenance. Despite additional cleaning requested/performed, the cleaning staff did not address the Excessive dust in areas such as TV's, Wall Decor, Faux Plants, AC Unit, AC Closet. Moldy bathroom shower doors tracks. Questionable stains on beddings and what appears to be poop or chocolate stains on sofa bed mattress, etc.

It was okay to good

The location is very close to the beach. It is a cute layout. There a a few places to eat/ice cream within .3 miles away. For the price Im not sorry we stayed there. My biggest complaint would be a couple of the other guests had lots of loud party people. At no time of day was okay to sit outside bc they were drinking and cussing at all hours. The properties sheet says if that happens to call the local sheriff. Well that’s not realistic and would only ensure a worse problem later on the week I would think. I would have liked better over site of the property and wished the buildings could be labeled “party” or “family” . The kitchen faucet was broken and the umbrellas they say you can use are hit/miss. If they have them they are likely rusted and/or broken.

Accommodation was fabulous, dated in terms of aesthetics and can do with an upgrade of furniture / pictures etc (80s) and well worn, but couldn’t fault it really, had all that we need. Local restaurants and store nearby, all the essentials within walking distance, had the communal pool to ourselves almost daily, and the BBQ facilities are the best we’ve seen at Siesta Key, not to mention the superb access to the beach, the location is perfect! Beds are on the small side (due to the bedroom size and no bedside cabinets due to being built in tight and right next to the wardrobes) meant no sides to place anything next to you in bed (cups/book/drink/phone etc all had to go on floor). Kitchen well stocked with all the essentials. Bring a fire stick or equivalent, otherwise the TV won’t work in the en suite bedroom, second bedroom was higher spec with Netflix/HDMI etc. The main TV, was great as was the comfy couch for rainy days and chilling out, plenty of space for 2 families to hang out, 2nd bathroom is a win win. Overall, a great stay and will be back!

Mixed thoughts , wouldn’t stay again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is extremely close to the beach but not much else. The free trolley can easily get you into the village though. Our unit was decorated with very nice decor but the walls were very dirty. Like dirty marks everywhere. The property grounds and landscaping is very well kept which makes the interior condition odd. The other guests were our main issue. Loud guests yelling and screaming until after midnight when they finally settled down. Then there was a gentleman who had a balcony overlooking the pool. He played extremely loud music from his balcony the entire time we were there. He also gave weird rambling speeches from his balcony. He single-handedly ruined quite a few guests weekend.

Exactly as advertised

Property was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and everything we needed was provided. There was plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 infants. I wish there had been portable crib options available at the property’s main office as we had to rent from an outside company, but that’s not a deal breaker, just something to plan for! I removed one star because there were a few dirty items left out on the shared porch for our first couple of days there (dirty cup with something growing in it, dirty ash tray, and used towels), however they were cleaned up once we mentioned it to the front desk staff.
