Great location with Old Florida vibe only 5 minutes from the beach, W. Venice Ave. shops/restaurants, Venice Beach Fishing Pier, and Sharky's on the Pier. The cute, beachy villas are located in a quiet residential neighborhood across from a small park. Complimentary kcups for the Keurig, and complimentary Netflix/Hulu/Prime

Was quiet , respectful. If you looking for something bare minimum nothing elaborate this way to go. Staff kind and respectful. Reachable by phone but not on property. Could use more kitchen supplies if you’re planning meals at home. I would book again if had a trip back to Venice

It's a cute space and the heated pool was nice to have. The surrounding area is very quite but you'll have to walk or bike to the beach. My only complaint is the bed is very uncomfortable and feels like sleeping on a Styrofoam bed. The couch maybe more comfortable.
