Wonderful Vacation Home Near Siesta Key Beach

  • Newly renovated and family-friendly home near Siesta Key Beach and downtown Sarasota. House is set up to sleep up to 8 people comfortably with every comfort in mind. Neighborhood is close to bike rentals, golf courses, local restaurants, fishing, shopping, movie theater and local attractions! Very spacious home with open concept and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Light & bright with all the necessities needed for your stay including fully equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach chairs, washer & dryer.

    The space
    Large fenced backyard with a lovely relaxing Swim SPA and "palapa" covered seating area. Outdoor shower for convenience after a day at the beach. Mango trees provide edible fruit and big oaks create shade. BBQ pit. Extra parking space.
    Master bedroom (queen), walk in closet, flat screen TV and an en-suite master bathroom with shower. Second bedroom (queen) & third bedroom (2 twins). Sleeper sofa next to the kitchen sleeps two more people on a queen size mattress.

    You will have access to the entire house and yard area. Home is set up with high speed Internet, xfinity cable, foosball, books, games and ping pong table in the garage. Something to do for everyone!
