"Excellent location, modern vibe, close to Barnum & Baily Museum and only 5 miles from 'downtown shoreline'. Staff was exceptional"

"Uncomfortable seating (i.e. no lounge chair to sit in ). Thought I booked a 'suite' with at least a love seat/lounge chair or other seating to watch TV. Shower was for disabled access, which was fine, but water ran out of the thing into the bathroom and room. Had to figure out how to take a shower and where to put bathmat so that wouldn't happen. Staff was hit/miss as far as being pleasant/helpfull."

"The Carlisle Inn was an amazing place to stay on our vacation to Sarasota, FL.The inside of the lobby area and the the corridors were spacious and bright and filled with wonderful artwork. They offered a delicious breakfast each morning. I was able to sit outside on the large patio that surrounded the pool and soak up some sun. I would highly recommend the Carlisle Inn to anyone looking for a restful place to relax."

"Terrible set up. I walked into my room and the smell of mold was overpowering. There was not staff to ask for a change of room. The only staff was a virtual person from some other country. When i went to the lobby to see if they had bottled water. The virtual person said” no but we have a water fountain” "

"The room was small and very smelly. The carpet was sticky when you walk on it continental breakfast nothing to write home about."

"Weather wasn’t the best as anticipated. Walk to the beach took 15-20 min - 72 year old and a couple kids. We drove to siesta key which was about 15 min or so- as far as being close to beach I would say access was good. No food on site, pool was warm kids enjoyed that for a bit, close to several restaurants including walking distance. We had no issue besides it was cold in room and we didn’t know how to turn on heat we had minimum blankets and the sleep sofa was not comfortable. The fridge and microwave was nice as we went to grocery to pick up items for the days we were here. If this were just two of us I would say it was cute little getaway however, for a family we wouldn’t stay for longer than a couple days due to no double bed. Overall good place to be if siesta keys is where you want to be, thank you "

"Stayed here as a home base for a week while attending Spring Training games. The updated rooms are very nice and clean. Staff was always polite and helpful. The smallish pool area is lovely. The Tiki Bar was fantastic and always hopping. It is obvious the management/ownership is interested in continuing to make upgrades and improvements to the property. I would certainly stay there again."
