The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed with a 32" TV. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is equipped with a full inventory of cookware, bakeware , and serving pieces. There is also a Keurig, coffee maker and toaster.
The living room has a 55" smart TV and cable/internet is available throughout the house. The living room and dining room both overlook the pool and have four sliding patio door which will open 8'. The laundry room has a new washing machine and dryer. Parking is on the driveway and on the street.
The back yard with its privacy fence, tropical landscape, grill and screened in pool will provide hours of relaxation and soaking up the warm Florida sunshine. Beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and pool toys are provided.
