A really superb small hotel, perfectly situated in the old quarter of picturesque old Lisbon. Rooms were very spacious and serene with exceptional shelf space if you like to unpack. Kind and attentive staff were always helpful and never obtrusive. Lumi - their rooftop restaurant - served scrumptious breakfasts in an airy, sunlit indoor room or open-air terrace with beautiful views of the lovely city. Luxurious and chic hotel. I’ll definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and liked having a 1 bedroom with kitchen bungalow near the pool. The pool was very clean & beautiful but the water is too cold for most people to swim. Even tho the weather was very hot & sunny as soon as they felt the water they would not go in. The staff is nice and friendly. I wish they would have told us about the free shuttle to the beach when we checked in instead of 2 days later. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and we enjoyed Happy Hour (2 for 1 drinks) and ate dinner 2 times at the pool bar that had a casual menu with many choices. There were no other dining options and many guests left the resort in the evening to go out to dinner. It would be nice if the beach shuttle had longer hours for guests to go to dinner at the nearby Caybeach Princess affiliate location that serves a nice buffet. We liked the location of this resort and would stay there again.
