The Hot Spring Pools are nice but rooms and service is dated. It’s obvious the place is tired and living on its monopoly as having the exclusive rights to the hot springs. It needs new owners who are keen to renew the vision for the resort.

Checked in - no A/C in the room we were in. Moved down the hall to a 'cooler' room. That evening - temperatures in the high 70's - A/C did not work - like a sauna all night. Took a shower - NO towels in the room - partner had to go down to lobby to get. 2nd night -same room - provided with a box-fan ...
