"The check process is a bit cumbersome. It is totally electronic with no human intervention. When you start the process of the kiosk, make sure you have your passport and hotel reservation number available. The room was clean and a good size. "Management was not to be seen. A lot of undertrained staff. The main hotel is in very poor condition and needs major renovations. Hygiene can be seriously improved. The new section of the hotel with a spa and the restaurant is on the other side of the street.
