Small private residence "feet in the water" located between the beach of Canella and the beach of Favone composed of 5 air-conditioned mini-villas with direct access to the sea by the garden. Residence located in front of the sea in a large shaded garden and closed by a gate. Mini-Villa n°5 for 2 persons max.
South 2 km you will find Favone with its sandy beach and small shops: grocery store (bread / croissants), beach items, restaurants.
Also for sports, many sports activities await you nearby.

Séjour fort appréciable dans un bel endroit, une minie villa très fonctionnelle à la décoration campagne chique. Un havre de paix à un prix très raisonnable. Une équipe (SANTI IMMO) au top.

Noch nie eine schlechtere Unterkunft angemietet!
Die Einrichtung des Appartements war vollkommen verwohnt und runtergekommen. Beim Einzug roch es sehr unangenehm, offensichtlich waren die Räume monatelang nicht bewohnt und es ist auch nie gelüftet worden. Ebenso war oben im Schlafraum direkt unter dem Dach die Klimaanlage defekt. So mussten wir die erste Nacht in der Küche schlafen. Nachdem wir das gemeldet haben, bot man uns die Nachbarwohnung an, aber nur für knapp eine Woche. In die sind wir dann notgedrungen gezogen. Der Geruch war nicht mehr so penetrant, aber die Möbel und Einrichtungsgegenstände waren gefühlt fünfzig Jahre alt und die Terassenmöbel waren zum Teil kaputt.
In dieser Unterkunft funktionierte das WLAN ebenso wenig wie in der ersten. Nachdem wir also nach sechs Tagen wieder in die erste Wohneinheit zurückgezogen sind (die Klimaanlage war repariert) mussten wir den Verwalter wieder informieren, dass die Toilettenspülung nicht ordentlich funktionierte und dass eine Lampe defekt war. Wegen der Spülung kam gleich am nächsten Tag ein Handwerker und hat es gerichtet, um die Lampe wurde sich nicht gekümmert.
Als wir nach zwei Tagen wieder von unangenehmen Gerüchen belästigt wurden, bot man uns wieder eine an
andere Wohnung an, die wir auch nahmen. Auch hier gab es die abgeranzten Möbel, an die wir uns schon gewöhnt haben, aber sonst war es ok.
Wir mussten in unserem Urlaub also dreimal (!!) umziehen, einen Haufen Mails schreiben an den Verwalter und zu guter Letzt feststellen, dass von uns über
160,-€ an Gesamtkosten zuviel abverlangt wurden, die wir hoffentlich bald zurück erstattet bekommen.
Fazit: Korsika sehr, sehr gerne wieder, aber um diese Ferienanlage rate ich, einen großen Bogen zu machen!
