The villa is located in a tourist residence***, 30 km north of Porto-Vecchio and 200m walk from the sea.<br><br>The property has an outdoor swimming pool (shared) with panoramic sea views.<br>Pets are allowed except for the pool/bar.<br><br>The villa has a terrace (with sea or garden view), garden table and private barbecue. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a living room with air conditioning.<br>Wi-Fi is available for €1.<br>The accommodation<br>Free! In the surroundings, guests can go hiking along the famous GR20 trail or join the Bavella River.<br><br>The residence also benefits from a private road leading to a cove located 200m away, ideal for diving. And it is 900 metres from Canella beach and 1.2 km from Favone beach.<br><br><br>Following the health crisis, we are doing everything possible to receive our customers in the best conditions:<br><br>- The cleaning of the villas is reinforced by a nebulization with a virucidal bio disinfectant carried out by a certified company.<br>- Hydroalcoholic gel available in the common areas.<br>- Use of masks by the staff/plexiglass at the reception.<br>- Cleaning of the pool area several times a day.
