"We had a comfortable stay at the Hey Hotel. It was walking distance from train station and bus stops. There were cafes, restaurants and shoping within walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial and variety of choices. However, it would have been nice if breakfast was served earlier or at least have a takeaway option for those who needed to start their day early."

"If you have hiked all day and you stay here get ready for a 12 min hike from the bus stop steep uphill so rent a car or suck it up Or a 16 min hike from the station steep also The location of this place is not ideal it’s in the mountains in the outskirts with not much food or groceries around I booked the room with air conditioning and there was no ac it said it was broken The place is cute on a hill and very quiet rooms are kind of outdated but clean bed was comfy and if you leave the windows open a nice breeze comes in The staff was extremely nice and helpful like they were the nicest people in all of Switzerland and finally it was some well needed rest after doing some crazy hikes near the area"

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, but everything was fresh and good—better than I would expect from a typical three-star hotel. One of the hotel's biggest advantages is its location. It's only about a four-minute walk from the train station, which made arriving and departing by train incredibly convenient. It's also right on the edge of Lucerne's Old Town, making it easy to explore the historic center on foot. The room and the hotel overall were clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a great value for the location."
