This house uses renewable energy, has solar-powered showers and rainwater collection, surrounded by Mediterranean plants, highlight of the house is its garden and the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea . It is located in the municipality of Sarroch , more precisely in the locality' Perd'e Sali.La house is about 300 meters ,less than five minutes walk from the beach of Perd'e Sali, one of the beaches of the municipality of Sarroch, a small village in the south of Sardinia ,located near Villa San Pietro and Pula . The spaiggia is characterized by a light colored beach, with sand not very fine and the presence of broken pebbles and shells . The sea has a shallow seabed, mixed between sandy and pebbly ,and it has shades between the marine green and blue.This beach is never crowded ,even during the island’s high season. A few meters you can also reach the beach of Porto Columbu.Pula is 5km.

Villa Virginia is a portion of a semi-detached villa with entrance and independent outdoor space.Guests staying will have at their disposal a well-kept garden with green lawn and plants typical of the Mediterranean, a barbecure and an outdoor shower,a fantastic and equipped terrace overlooking the sea where you can relax and eat outdoors.
