Amazing villa, nice surroundings, calm locality

Villa is great - clean, nice.. we was group of 3 cuple and 3 another friends and everyone could has privat space. There is amazing walking around the seeshore. In village are several restaurants and one small shop. I love Corsica and this villa is my best off. I hope we Ā“ll come again.

TrĆØs bien situĆ© mais maison un peu vieillotte. Pas trĆØs propre en extĆ©rieur. Piscine verte Ć  lā€™arrivĆ©e due paraĆ®t il Ć  des allemands indĆ©licats . ProblĆØme rĆ©glĆ© au bout de trois jours. Beaucoup de vaisselle mĆŖme trop. Chambres sur plusieurs Ć©tages avec salles de bains et wc apprĆ©ciable. Par contre bruits terribles pour les chambres du bas Ć  cause de la piscine et de la pompe de relevage. Et beaucoup dā€™odeurs bizarres. Piscine non chauffĆ©e contrairement Ć  ce qui est indiquĆ© dans lā€™annonce. Beaucoup dā€™espace pour 8 personnes un bĆ©bĆ© et un petit chien. Quelques amĆ©liorations Ć  apporter mais sinon bien.

Wunderschƶne Villa in Toplage. Die Zimmer sind verteilt auf insgesamt 4 Ebenen. Vom Wohnzimmer und der Terasse aus und aus den 2 Schlafzimmern im obersten Stock hat man Meerblick. Die anderen 4 Schlafzimmer liegen durch die Hanglage weiter unten, haben aber jeweils Zugang zum Gartenteil der sich unterhalb vom Pool befindet bzw. zu einem weiteren Balkon. Die KĆ¼che ist gut ausgestattet und der Essbereich groƟ genug fĆ¼r 10 Personen. Der AuƟenbereich mit Ć¼berdachter Veranda und Pool waren das absolute Highlight fĆ¼r die Kinder. Wir wĆ¼rden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Zusammengefasst waren wir sehr zufrieden.Wir waren mit 9 Personen im Alter von 13 bis 65 Jahrendort.Das Haus hat uns allen Platz zur genĆ¼ge angeboten, es ist auf mehren Ebenen mit SchlafrƤumen ausgestattet so dass man trotz der vielen Leute auch mal seine Ruhe genieƟen konnte.Die RƤume sind alle mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.Was nicht in der Beschreibung steht ist, es sind HandtĆ¼cher in ausreichender Menge dort. Zur Not wƤscht man einfach in einer der beiden Waschmaschinen. Die Lage ist exakt auf Google Maps zu sehen. Bis zum Strand sind es 950m. Es gibt im Ort einen sehr kleinen Laden und einige Restaurants. Der nƤchste Supermarkt ist in Sartene ca. 17Km entfernt. Fahrzeit mit dem Auto ca.30 Minuten.Lediglich einige Stellen des Hauses kƶnnten mal wieder geputzt und oder Renoviert werden, was uns aber nicht gestƶrt hat. Der sehr nette Verwalter spricht zwar nur Franzƶsisch ist aber sehr bemĆ¼ht. Kommunikation lief Ć¼ber SMS und Ɯbersetzungsprogramm.

TrĆØs belle maison, impeccable pour plusieurs familles car elle est composĆ©e de 3 semi-Ć©tages qui permet de vivre en famille mais aussi d'avoir chacun son chez soi. TrĆØs bon accueil par Maxime qui nous a donnĆ© des conseils et des endroits charmants Ć  visiter et pour manger. Par contre petit manque d'entretien, la piscine qui avait tournĆ© Ć  notre arrivĆ©e (mais trĆØs bonne rĆ©activitĆ© de Maxime et du propriĆ©taire), les chasses d'eau qui fuient et surtout le plus embĆŖtant le manque de climatisation dans la partie du haut lĆ  oĆ¹ se trouve les 2 chambres parentales. Heureusement que l'on a trouvĆ© un ventilateur portable qui nous a un peu sauvĆ© nos nuits car mĆŖme les ventilateurs plafonniers sont hs. Mais ces petits inconvĆ©nients n'ont pas entachĆ© notre sĆ©jour qui a Ć©tĆ© un vrai rĆŖve. Et je confirmes couchĆ© de soleil Ć  tomber. Un pur bonheur.

Objekt ist groƟzĆ¼gig, jede Einheit ist ein RĆ¼ckzugsort, GemeinschaftswohnkĆ¼che super fĆ¼r viele Personen, Lage und Pool perfekt. AuƟenbereich des Pools (Liegen, Gartentische mit StĆ¼hlen, Sonnenschirme) waren ausreichend bemessen und in Ordnung. Die TerrassentĆ¼ren waren nicht verriegelbar und die AuƟendusche lief leider nicht ab. Trotzdem haben wir es sehr genossen, haben uns erholen kƶnnen und waren sehr zufrieden.

Nous avons passƩ un excellent sƩjour. Les enfants comme les adultes ont adorƩ la maison. Elle est spacieuse, chacun a son espace. La maison est conforme Ć  la description nous avons passĆ© une semaine en famille oĆ¹ nous avions chacun notre espace. La vue est vraiment agrĆ©able et le lieu est reposant. On se sent trĆØs bien dans la maison, et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La piscine ainsi que le baby-foot ont Ć©tĆ© apprĆ©ciĆ© par tous. Nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs.
