Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 115 m² house in Sartilly wich can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 220 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood provided for the first fire) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200) and dressing area
- A shower room
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and dressing room
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, you can take advantage of the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron, cot (with a basic mattress, you can bring an extra mattress if you wish), stroller, baby bouncer and booster seat for meals.
Outside :
- A beautiful 220 m² enclosed garden with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- 30 m² terrace with table and chairs
The house is ideally located in Sartilly, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
