Keep in mind because this is a historic building, that while there are certain modern amenities like a hair dryer, there is not a full size shower or full size towels, just hand size towels. "The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."
