"We were in a renovated room which was very nice. The only comment on the room would be that they should put in a small table and another chair (for eating, playing cards). There was a lot of wasted space in the room. Staff were very helpful and check in was very good. We had indoor parking included so that was nice. The restaurant has also been renovated, however they have put in too many seating areas for 6 people and not enough for 2-4 people. Hence, couples are put in the large seating areas taking up table space that was designed for 6."

"Complementary breakfast was scrambled eggs and protein/pancakes not a huge variety. Main issue was we had originally booked a room two months in advance. They said there was no rooms available when we went to check in squeezed a family of four into one king-size bed as that's all they had available but went down the next day and said they had tons of rooms available When we checked out very poor staff communication. They don't seem to know what they are doing and no management on shift for the three days we were there..."

"My stay here was brief, but the property was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding as usual for Holiday Inn Express properties"

"We stay in a lot of hotels and a lot of motels and this was by far my worst day ever. I hate to leave a bad review, but this was so awful that we must we booked a room a few days prior to arriving. I had a two hour long appointment which is why we grabbed a motel room that was near. I called two days before arriving and asked if it was possible even if we were charged to get an early checkout of noon. The gentleman told me we absolutely could do that with no extra charge. The next day I called to confirm as there were two other people with me that they could check in early while I go to my appointment and make sure about the extra charge. He reassured me. It would be no big deal to check in at noon for no extra fee. We arrived the day of my appointment and went to check in where a female staff employee told me we could not check in early. She couldn’t find my Expedia booking, but her main reason was we could not check in early because the rooms needed to be cleaned so for two extra hours, they waited for me in the car outside my appointment and when we finally got to check in at 3 o’clock, the room was disgusting and that’s an understatement. There was goopy slime all over the floor by the toilet - the top blankets had to be changed they were so full of wet stains everywhere not a few very noticeable stains like gross enough I’m leaving this review. We had to wipe every surface before putting anything down. The bathroom was so gross. White powder all over the microwave/fridge"

"The good - Very clean rooms. The coffee and cookies are great. And a pretty decent location, close enough to everything you would want in Saskatoon. The bad - Breakfast is literally just make your own pancakes and waffles. No hot food at all. For what you are paying, you would think they would provide more options. The 'interesting' - Get ready to hear everything, from a lovely couple on the floor above 'enjoying each other' to the screaming of 'f you' and a near fight coming from the hall. You hear every foot step because the walls and floors are so thin. Soundproofing would do wonders. It's a decent place, but I won't return. Just a basic hotel that is priced way too high."
