This place was perfect for my family during the holidays; cozy, spotless, and instantly made us feel at home. The views are unreal, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, and you’re so close to Chincoteague it’s a dream. Between the wildlife, great amenities, and those jaw-dropping sunsets (seriously… WOW), the vibes were absolutely immaculate. So many great memories were made here. Huge thank you to the hosts. We will be recommending this spot to anyone and everyone looking for the ultimate Eastern Shore getaway!"

"View is prettier in person...pictures just don't do it justice. Sitting on the dock with the sounds of nature was just what we needed. Check-in was very easy and everything was as listed. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Memories that will last a life time. "

"Beautiful home with all the amenties. We utilized the boat dock, hot tub, kayaks, and game room. Fully equipt large kitchen. Had an amazing time. Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge was a quick 20 min drive. Bonus- Our dogs enjoyed being able to be a part of the vaction!"

"Robert’s retreat was new and an awesome place to stay. We weren’t thrilled with management company, we extended our stay and they locked us out and did not answer phone or emails for the whole entire week. "

"We booked this property for the 2025 Pony Swim. All 7 of us had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. This seems like a newer property and was lacking a few things based on other reviews so we came prepared. Overall we found plenty of supplies to get us by throughout the week. It’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle to provide ample peace and quiet but still close enough that we made it back to the island every morning. "

"Checkin was easy, once we received text with the code, we went to the house and unloaded our car for our stay. The kitchen had all that we needed to prep and cook our meals. We enjoyed our stay."
