"I visited for a girls weekend where we were looking for a relaxing weekend of exploring Tuscan hills and we were really delighted with what we encountered. "Accueil déplorable, trois mots et vite vite il a fallu payer, la carte ne passant pas en mode scan, la personne s'est agacée en disant qu'il n'y avait pas d'argent dessus alors qu'il suffisait de l'insérer, de plus elle a été très incorrect avec notre enfant qui courait pour se dégourdir les jambes jusqu'à la chambre en souriant, en lui disant plusieurs fois doucement et en levant les yeux au ciel. Jamais nous n'avons été accueilli de la sorte quelque part, une fois le règlement fait elle s'est...
