The apartment 302 consists of a bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchen and dining area. In the light-flooded, south-facing living area is a modern couch with spring core for comfortable refurbishment as further Aufbettungsmöglichkeit., And a small kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. From the living area or the adjoining balcony you have a fantastic, unrestricted view of the Baltic Sea.  The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box springboard of width 1.80 m, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.   Bedding and towels are included.

Cozy apartment with south-facing balcony, fantastic sea views and the sound of the sea included, as only 25 meters from the Baltic Sea shore!   Our cozy 3-room apartment app. 301 and 2-room apartment app. 302 are in the 3. Floor of the famous Fürstenhof and are 56 square meters. App. 301 has 2 bedrooms, App. 302 has 1 bedroom and a large living / dining room with kitchenette, a spacious bathroom with shower and a large south-facing balcony.   The large bedroom has a 1.80 m wide box spring double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The small bedroom in App. 301 is equipped with a single bed and a chest of drawers. In the living / dining room there is also a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons, so that a total of 5 people (4 people in App. 302) can stay overnight.   In the living / dining room is a fully equipped kitchenette integrated. Because the Baltic Sea shore is right in front of the house, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea. The soothing sound of the Baltic Sea, only 25 meters away, will gently lull you to sleep.   On the large south-facing balcony with 100% south exposure you can enjoy the sun from early morning until late afternoon. But even if the sun does not shine, it is very difficult to retire from the balcony.  A baby travel bed and a highchair are available free of charge (please register in advance).   The apartment has a free parking space directly at the house.
