The apartments are located in an exclusive and quiet location. Some have a direct view of the Baltic Sea and a five-minute walk to the beach promenade. Not far from the apartment complex you can take long walks in the Jasmund National Park. The beautiful property is 1300 square meters and is located next to an old historic villa, which in former times was a summer residence of a rich Berlin merchant.  The 2004 opened complex has 11 apartments in high-end equipment (1- to 2- room, terrace, fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, stereo, elevator, underground parking (duplex parking system), whole or partial Baltic Sea panorama) and are suitable for Spatial distribution also for friendly families.  Restaurants and cozy pubs can be found in the area. The apartment 7 in the house "sunbathing" opens on the terrace to the south and west and collects throughout the day for the afternoon and evening "pure sunshine", you will feel well. They overlook the old town of Sassnitz, the popular waterfront and of course the sea. The bohemian district is within walking distance, shops are within walking distance only a few hundred meters away. Within a few minutes you can reach the harbor, which is attractive in every season.   Our apartment is of high quality, fully equipped and modern. The living room and the bedroom offer plenty of space.   Your car will find its place in the closed underground car park. The house has a lift to the apartments. You can also explore the island by bicycle.
