This modern city villa, newly built in 2023 and featuring several residential units, is centrally located in the port city of Sassnitz, not far from the church and city hall, and right next to Jasmund National Park. The national park’s vast beech forest begins just a few metres from the property, and the city centre—with its numerous shops and restaurants—is right in front of the house. The city harbour and the pier are just a few minutes’ walk away.

Holiday Apartment 14 “Baumwipfelnest” is located on the 2nd floor of the building and features a covered balcony.
The spacious, bright 2-room apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows has a living area of 74 square metres and is equipped to accommodate 3 people.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and a third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
A modern built-in kitchen is integrated into the living-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other standard amenities such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.
