We would like to warmly welcome you to our romantic, country-style holiday rental, “Kurt”!

The holiday rental measures approximately 50 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people in two rooms. It features a bedroom for 2 people with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two additional people and a built-in kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Through the mid-19th-century front door—beautifully and faithfully restored—you enter the apartment, which is distinguished by its over three-meter-high ceilings, a feature characteristic of many manor houses.
 The kitchen is equipped with:

- Wooden dining table with four chairs
- Tiled floor in Mediterranean colours with a rug under the dining table
- Kitchenette with ample storage space
- 4-burner stove
- Refrigerator with freezer compartment
- Microwave
- Toaster
- Coffee maker
- Electric kettle

From the bedroom, you enter the bathroom, which features:
- Sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser
- Tissue dispenser
- Shower with a built-in shower gel and shampoo dispenser
- Toilet
- Wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags
- Ample storage space 
- Tile floor (bath mats provided)
- Clothes drying rack

The living area features a cosy sofa corner with a flat-screen TV.

Welcome to the Dubnitz Manor!
At the end of the village road, you’ll see the beautiful manor house, framed by four magnificent linden trees that give the house its distinctive character! You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the property! It is a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful spot to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel at home here and can be observed in the evenings.
