Great accommodation but check-in challenging

The accommodation is a guest house, not a hotel, and I booked for a business trip and my first night was a Sunday. As per the instructions on the website I contacted the hotel prior to my visit as I would be arriving after the official check-in time. I didn’t receive any response and arrived on the Sunday evening to find the main building closed with nobody at home. I went ‘round the back and found the (closed) reception with instructions for me on a Post-it note sellotaped to the door. When I found my room, which was warm and welcoming, I received an SMS from the owner with instructions. Overall I was happy with the accommodation but I wouldn’t have had to worry so much (about not being able to check in) if I had received the access instructions earlier.

Stop over 1 night for the ferry Service to Trelleborg, perfect location, close to the Strandpromenade and harbour. The only setback was “cash only” which should have informed b4 booking.

Бронировали на 1 ночь в не сезон (ноябрь) как самый дешёвый вариант в Засснице. Фото соответствуют. Номер чистый, приятный, с отдельным входом. Слив в душе работает хорошо, вода уходит сразу. Есть чайник, холодильник, микроволновка, кофемашина Dolce Gusto и капсулы (платно, мы просто оставили деньги в номере). Заселение в правилах с 15 до 18, мы старались

Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr gut. Auf dem Zimmer ein kleiner Kühlschrank, sowie Wasserkocher und Möglichkeit Kaffe zu machen (gegen geringen Aufpreis). Vor dem Haus gibt es ca. 4 Parkplätze und es ist relativ eng. Man kann auch auf dem Nettoparkplatz stehen, dass ist kein Problem. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Hafen und ca 10 bis 15 Minuten zum Gehen zum Nationalpark Jasmund. Betreiberin sehr nett und freundlich. Check in über Telefon

Die Unterkunft lag sehr zentral zum Hafen und zur Altstadt,viele Restaurants waren fußläufig zu erreichen.Parkmöglichkeiten direkt bei der Unterkunft.Frau Schneidereit war sehr nett und hatte immer Tipps für Ausflüge ..Sie war sehr um ihre Gäste bemüht.Wir würden wieder dorthin fahren.

Sehr schön e Unterkunft, modern eingerichtet. Ganz einfacher Check-in, sehr freundliches Personal, super Ausstattung inkl. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine und sogar ein Kühlschrank. Extrem bequemes Bett!!! Die Unterkunft liegt super zw. Bahnhof, Hafen und Strand. Und auch nah and Supermärkten. Wir kommen gern wieder!!!

Alles Perfekt

Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Zimmer waren sauber und besser als wir den Fotos nach erwartet hatten. Die Lage ist auch schön, nach einem kurzen Fußmarsch sieht man schon die Ostsee. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Září na Baltu

Výlet na Rujánu na blind, ubytování jsem objednával on-line 70 km od cíle, příjezd v noci, přesto nebyl problém s ubytováním. Ubytování za rozumnou cenu, kousek od přístavu a pobřežní promenády, pokoj čistý, personál milý a jedinou drobnou vadou snad bylo, že výhled byl jen na dvůr. Parkování na dvoře a v ulici, obcbod s potravinami pár set metrů, skvělé rybí restaurace do pěti minut chůze, počasí skvělé, v září málo lidí a atmosféra opravdu příjemná.

This place's self-description, "pension" means it does not attempt to provide all the service of a hotel. It was clean and well-priced. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and soon noticed a sign on a window saying to contact the owner/operator by phone, if a problem existed. I called her, and she told me how to get into my room. In addition, when I saw her the next day, she told me that her credit card app didn't work, so I would have to pay her the quantity of Euros in cash. This put me off a bit, but ultimately was not a major problem, as the local banks had ATM type machines that took my US plastic.
