The peculiarity of this apartment is the exclusive Alone (!)-Use of the tower terrace as a viewing platform and sun terrace and the wonderful all-round view of the harbor, the edges of the Jasmund National Park and parts of the old town. The terrace can be equipped with (existing) chairs and a table. There is a private parking space in front of the property.

In the living room there is a large rustic solid wood dining table with five buffalo leather chairs, a 3-seater and a 2-seater leather sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The small kitchen / kitchenette is equipped with the usual dishes / cutlery, etc. In the bathroom there is a shower, which can also be used as a steam shower with two wooden seats and a bathtub. There is also a washing machine. There are three bedrooms: a lockable room with two single beds, as well as a double bed in the upper open maisonette area, next to it a small lockable chamber with a single bed.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
