"It was so much better than expected "

"Staff was absolutely lovely. Very accommodating and friendly. The rooms could use some adjustments. I wouldn’t say this is a bad review. It’s just things that need to be addressed. Like the shower curtain being way too small and 6 inches away from the bottom of the shower to where you flooded the floor and you had to keep a ton of towels on the floor at all times. Also, the air conditioner when it would kick on would have this extremely loud noise for a good 10 to 30 seconds and then it would relax. Other than that the place was completely fine. Location was great."

"Property was very clean and centrally located. Breakfast was good and convenient. Pool was nice and the Thai restaurant on property was excellent. "

"The room was renovated, but it wasn't well cleaned, the bed wasn't properly made and the bedding was unironed. Location was very good. The transport from the hotel to the cruise port was well organized "

"Not all all. There qas mold on the plastic chair, under the lampshade, on the boxsprong when checking for bed bugs, algea in the pool, worn plastic chairs at the pool. "
